ROSE

Our Rose is made from part of our yield of Teran grapes, and on our red clay soil we consider our Rose to have teran characteristics, without being too full-bodied. It produces a medium dry rose, with great personality and is a perfect drink with food, particularly seafood, summer salads or grilled chicken. It's pretty good with spices too.
